How long will I have to wait for my new virtual machine?

Less than an hour in most cases.

Is there a minimum contract?

No. You can cancel, upgrade or downgrade your account whenever you feel like it.

Do you provide some sort of backups?

Not yet, but we're working on it. Watch this space!

What other helpful services do you provide?

We run MX, DNS and local Ubuntu mirrors which you are free to use.
