Do you offer a free trial?

All plans have a free one-month trial included.

Is there a minimum contract?

No. You can cancel, upgrade or downgrade your account whenever you feel like it.

Do you provide some sort of backups?

Yes. All packages come automatically configured to use this. Technical details can be found on the wiki page.

What other services do you provide?

We run an alerts service, admin shell, local time server, backup MX and local Ubuntu mirror. We're also building a DNS platform for general use. These services are included in all packages at no extra cost.
